You know...I try to do my meditation and qu...Hello! You know...I try to do my meditation and quiet time in the mornings to start my day off fresh and energized but I love your thought process on doing them in the evening near the end of the day. I think it is great to look back at your day and see how you can have a better tomorrow. <br /><br />I too long visualizing the benefits of staying active and eating healthy. Sometimes it is really hard to stay motivated but then I just imagine/remember how much better I feel when I keep at it. That helps me a lot too.
